~ Sustainable Livelihood ~
As per the Government of India's report 2011, the country has 46.9 million unemployed youth of 15 - 24 years age group. Due to the unemployment, youth adopts immoral and wrong way to earn livelihood. Similarly, agriculture and stock-raising are the major sources of livelihood in rural areas but the problem of availability of water of agriculture is getting more terrible and the youth in villages doesn't have any other firm source of livelihood there.
There are some significant chances for better livelihood in non-agricultural occupations. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with this thought, has been managing vocational training schools successfully for the welfare of women and girls of marginalized and deprived section. They are not only getting quality training for garment making, bag making, beauty parlour, food processing, computer education, handicraft, nurse in these training schools but also getting knowledge of life skills, market and marketing in thse vocational schools so that these women may become successful enterpreneurs.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has already provided skill development training to almost 11500 men and women of marginalized section since the foundation. Hundreds of these men and women are getting better livelihood by establishing self-employment and living a prosperous life. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has its focus towards youth mainly at present because the youth is the bright future of the country and several vocational training courses are being executed successfully for the youth.
